We’ve also created a sweet set-up for your four-legged friends at Legacy North. Our pet-friendly apartments in Plano feature an off-leash dog park, plus a dog wash and grooming center to keep your furry pals feeling fine. We welcome your cats and dogs, with a maximum of two pets per apartment home. The pet fee is $400 per pet, with a monthly fee of $20 per pet. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are not allowed, including Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all “mixes” of the above breeds.
